• •2- Louis Charpeatier Mr. Charpentier complained about the back- splash of the hockey rink. Mr. Kirscht said there is considerable increase- with snow cover and the reflectors might be different. The miniature golf course will be opened during the summer hours when the daylight hours are longer. Dr. Chapman - 12833 Goodview -- Dr. Chapman stated that there was no drainage plan, rest-room facilities or traffic survey. Mr. Kirscht explained that he didn't realize there was a problem and that they will work out a draiaageAplaa. In regards to restroom facilities, they have contacted the State Departmsat` of Health - Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Division and they will come out and check out the facilities. There is one restroom sad room for another. The traffic will be very inter- mittent, not any more than an- intersection in Hugo. Dr. Chapman.waated to go on record as apposed to this plan because of inadequate drainage plan, lighting plan, traffic nuisance and lighting nuisance. Until such time as this data is provided it should not be granted. No name = Wanted to know if there was another way of lighting other than 30' poles. Mr. Kirscht stated that there was less°spill from - 30' poles than shorter poles. Nothing was contemplated. Bill Schwab Wanted to know about maintenance of the 6' fence. Mr. Kirscht said the fence could be moved two or three feet so the backside : . could be maintained. Jerry Gunderson - Mr. Guaders'on stated that he felt that all objections were valid and the Planning Commission should take this into consideration; He also stated that water is a great problem. Mr. Kirscht said he could - channel the water with grading. William Beaman 14749 Foxhill - Mr. Beaman wanted to know if this would devalue their properties. This could not be answered at this time.' Dr. Chapman - Dr. Chapman wanted to know if they would be willing to - limit their hours' to 9:30 all week long? Were they planning to be open • until 11:00 oa Sunday. evening. They will only be open until 11:00 on Friday and Saturday sight. Dr. Chapman wanted a show of hands who objected to the miniature golf course. The Commission stated that-this was not .a proper action. Public hearing was closed at 8:35 P.M.
