Motion carried <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Rosenquist, that the secretary <br /> send letter to Council asking them to take action on the Planning <br /> Commission's recommendations for Schumann's Junk Yard. Motion carried. <br /> Bill Schwab wants the surveyor for Traeger's Addition to make some <br /> minor changes on the plat. It was okayed by the Planning Commission. <br /> The change was to move some of the lot lines so they run along the <br /> drainage ditch. <br /> Spitzer mentioned that he received a letter from Mr. Waller regarding <br /> items that go to Rice Street Watershed for approval. The plan that <br /> is approved by the Rice Street Watershed is not always the final plan <br /> approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. Spitzer felt <br /> that we should contact Mr. Hamilton and have him come in and discuss <br /> procedures. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, and seconded, that the secretary send a <br /> letter to the Rice Street Watershed Board of Manager requesting <br /> their secretary for available time to discuss adequate procedures. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Irene Leroux discussed a youth program for Hugo. She was contacted <br /> by Mrs. Cummingham regarding forming a Committee. Larry Ehret stated <br /> that they should contact the Withrow School because they have discussed <br /> the same thing. The Planning Commission felt that a C ommi.t t e e should <br /> be formed. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Rosenquist, to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 10:10 P.M.
