MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION DECEMBER 10, 1974 The meeting was called to order at 8:11 P.M. by Chairman Larry Ehret. Members present were: Ehret, Rosenquist, Schletty, Johnson, Peloquin and Leroux. Also present were Bill Schwab, Washington County Planning Coordinator; and Irene Leroux, City Council Member. Motion made by Rosenquist, seconded by Peloquin, to dispense with the reading of the minutes for the November 12th meeting. Motion carried. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Rosenquist, to accept the minutes of the November 12 meeting as written. Motion carried. RAYMOND HOULE - SUBDIVISION Mr. Ehret read Mr. Houl e' s application for a Subdivision and it was decided that the application should have been for a Variance and Minor Subdivision. Mr. Houle submitted a sketch of his plan. Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Peloquix, recommending that Raymond Houle be granted a Minor Subdivision and Variance on the pro- viding footsg a that: 1. Subdivided lot be 260 feet of frontage, 2. $50.00 park land and Minor Subdivision fees be paid, 3. Perk tests be done proving that there will be one buildable site on the lot. Members for: Peloquin, Leroux, Ehret, Schletty, Johnson, & Rosenquist. Motion Carried. The motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Peloquin, to amend the motion to include providing proof of ownership. Motion carried. Mr. Houle was instructed to fill out a new application. CHARLES KYLE - MINOR SUBDIVISION Mr. Ehret read application. The legal description of the property was submitted and proof of ownership was provided. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Leroux, to approve Kyle Minor Subdivision with the following conditions: 1. Pay Minor Subdivision fee of 4+0.00. 2. Pay park land dedication of $50.00. 3. Perk tests to be done proving that there is a buildable site. Members for: Peloquin, Ehret, Schletty, Johnson, Leroux & Rosenquist. Motion carried.
