' <br /> Charles Johnson, Village Attorney, and Carl Dale, Planning Con- <br /> sultant, were also present. <br /> • <br /> Carl Dale, Planning Consultant, presented the following recom- <br /> mendations for revisions to the proposed zoning ordinance and map: , <br /> I. ORDINANCE RBVISION4 <br /> A. Expand definition of "Permitted Uses" in residential <br /> area: <br /> 1. Expand permitted Uses to include semi-public recrea- <br /> tional uses facilities owned by two or more home <br /> owndrsi . <br /> 2. Cover-all Clause - The Council may permit things that <br /> are similar to and compatable with permitted uses. # <br /> It. Noise Clause - <br /> I , -I <br /> Add noise performance standards to this ordinance or adopt G',C <br /> a separate ordinance. Suggested that the village look at <br />, Minneapolis' noise control standards; obtain equipment and <br /> go out and measure noise levels and set standards that the ,‘ <br /> village will permit and tolerate. <br /> 0. Mobile Homes - Recommended mobile homes be permitted in a <br /> . residential area by a special Use Permit" and be controlled k <br /> by the following: <br /> 1.
