• { 3 II. MAP REVISIONS • A. South end of Goodview Avenue - Carlson readp a ti tion from land owners on south end of Goodview Avenue. Petition read that they wished to be zoned Agricultural instead of SPE. Spitzer said they were zoned SPE because of sever possibly being in in thirty years. It was discussed whether to zone them rural residential if a rural residential area was established. Harley Johnson recommended as long as all the big land owners want to be rezoned agricultural, let them be. The Planning board recommended that the south end of Goodview be rezoned Agricultural. • t B. Business Districts - 1. The area west of the Hugo School should be changed to SFE. 2. The block east of the Village Hall from 146th Street to 147th Street between Highway 61 and Fitzgerald be zoned Concentrated Business. It is currently zoned SPE. Y: C. Intermediate Zone - Rosenquist recommended establishment of an intermediate size zone. Spitzer outlined the problems of five acre lot sizes such as being outside subdivision, and recom- •i - mended three acres- with 200 foot road frontage. Answer - -- No. tx SUMMARY Don Lease recommended that the Planning Commission revise the prost - posed ordinance and map.
