► r <br /> -2- <br /> p <br /> WHITE BEAR ROD & GUN CLUB <br /> Mr. Jerry Perron represented the White Bear Rod & Gun Club for <br /> a Special Use Permit request to construct a building for a club <br /> house on their property at 7272 N. 137th Street, Hugo, Minnesota. <br /> Mr. Perron explained the proposed plans to the Planning Commis- <br /> sion. <br /> Spitzer asked Mr. Perron if he would agree to submit the entire <br /> plan - as a use as a gun club in addition to the building <br /> construction for a public hearing on November 13, 1973. Mr. Perron <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Perron was requested to furnish a topographical map of the <br /> entire area to scale. Also, an engineering report on the sound <br /> levels, tree planting buffering proposal, etc. <br /> The Planning Commission requests the Attorney's opinion as to the <br /> legal situation involving this commission under the appropriate <br /> applicable ordinances. Also, that a copy of this letter be sent <br /> to Mr. Perron by the Attorney at the following address: <br /> 5590 Centerville Road <br /> White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110 <br /> Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Paulson, to set a Public Hearing <br /> P M <br /> at7:30 . , November 13, 1973. Motion carried. <br /> . <br /> Ehret moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> Mr. Spitzer read letter received regarding the credibility of 20 <br /> acres, which proposed that we get the opinion from the Attorney <br /> General. <br /> Spitzer discussed the work he and Jim Leroux had done en developing� <br /> rules for a rural l residential area to be other than agricultural <br /> and SPE. Read permitted uses and special uses. <br /> Schwab proposed we set up standards to be adopted by the Planning <br /> Commission to use as a <br /> guideline. <br /> Leroux recommended that the number of hogs be raised under permitted . <br /> uses in Agricultural zone. <br /> Schwab asked about town houses - said they weren't mentioned in the <br /> ordinance. <br />
