7 • rtr< /f MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OP HUGO PLANNING COMMI58I01 OCTOBER 24, 1973 The Public Hearing regarding the Oak Vista Estates was opened at 8*40 P.M. by Harley Johnson. Mr. Johnson read the Publio Hearing Notice, which was published in the White Bear Press. Mr. Bruce Folz, registered land surveyor, described the loca- tion of the property and made the following statements. - Traffic will be going to the south and west. - The property is located in the Mahtomedi- School District. - No public untilities in this area. - Proposed development is for 38 lots. - 2.2 acres per lot density. - Individual perk tests will be done after they receive con- cept approval and lot lines may change depending on the perk tests. - There is going to be a one mile walkwayaround the property. . P P y• - Does not propose a public parkland for this area. - 16* percent open space area or 13 mores. • - Mr. Folz recommended that the Village hire someone to do some control levels for the area around the village. Public Hearing closed at 9:05 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 9:34 P. L. Hareby Harley Johnson. Members present were: Johnson, argot, Leroux and Rosenqui s t.'
