Staking lots - They want to wait until they have have <br /> definite approval of the preliminary plan. <br /> Mr. Schwab stated his views on why he wanted the 35 lots <br /> The Metro Sewer Board states 2.5 acres, which in this area <br /> would allow only 32 lots. <br /> Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Leroux, that the Planning <br /> Commission make tentative preliminary approval of this pre- <br /> liminary plat with the conditions as were pointed out from <br /> the report of the Planning Coordinator. <br /> 1. All engineering requirements as set forth by Howard <br /> Kuusisto be complied with. <br /> 2. The proposed plat shall have a maximum of 36 lots with <br /> a minimum lot width meeting the Engineer's requirements <br /> for Lot 3 Block 3, Lot 3 Block 6, Lot 5 Block 7. <br /> 3. Prior to granting final approval of the preliminary plat, <br /> adequate staking take place on the property so that an <br /> on-site inspection can be made to determine areas for on- <br /> site sewer disposal systems. <br /> 4. After the on-site inspection is made, additional soil <br /> borings be made to a depth of eight and one-half CO) <br /> feet in locations designated by the Village Planning <br /> Consultant. . <br /> 5.
