3 <br /> <br /> <br />6. Ice thickness shall be measured and verified to ensure it meets safety requirements for <br />vehicular traffic. <br />7. Event area will be enclosed with a snow fence. <br />8. The applicant shall hire a Washington County Deputy to be present from 10:00 a.m. to <br />6:00 p.m. on the day of the event. <br />9. The applicant shall coordinate with the Fire Chief regarding EMT and first responder <br />staffing. <br />10. The applicant shall provide event staff contact information to the Washington County <br />Sheriff’s Department and the Hugo Fire Department. <br />11. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the City’s Building Official related <br />to tent installation and heating sources and shall obtain any required permits. <br />12. The applicant shall coordinate with the City’s Senior Engineering Technician to <br />determine whether wetland impacts exist and shall obtain a wetland permit if required. <br />13. Event-related signage shall be posted at lake trail access points to notify snowmobilers <br />of the event ahead. <br />14. Applicant will ensure all food vendors are properly licensed. <br /> <br />During the Event <br /> <br />15. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, <br />and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the event. <br />16. Parking shall be managed to prevent vehicle backups or congestion on Highway 61. <br />17. The applicant shall comply with all safety and security recommendations issued by the <br />Hugo Fire Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. <br />18. Weather conditions shall be continuously monitored during the event, and any delays <br />or cancellations shall be determined in consultation with medical, security, and/or law <br />enforcement personnel. <br />19. All public trails shall remain open, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. <br />20. Emergency vehicle access shall be maintained throughout the event to all areas of the <br />event site. <br />21. Trash and recycling receptacles shall be regularly serviced, and the event site, adjacent <br />streets, and parking areas shall be kept free of debris. <br />22. Wristbands shall used to identify individuals of legal drinking age and to control <br />access to the pit area. <br /> <br />After the Event <br /> <br />23. All garbage and debris shall be removed from the event area upon completion of the <br />event. <br />24. Any wetlands affected by the event shall be restored to pre-event conditions, in <br />accordance with applicable permits and regulations.
