4 <br /> <br /> <br />25. Hazardous snow berms shall be leveled, and the site shall be restored as closely as <br />practicable to its pre-event condition. <br />26. All temporary structures placed on the event property shall be removed no later than <br />March 2, 2026. <br />27. All event-related signage visible from snowmobile trails or public streets shall be <br />removed immediately following the conclusion of the event. <br />28. Overnight parking on public streets is prohibited. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has worked with the event organizers, who have agreed to the above requirements. Staff <br />recommends Council approve the Special Event Permit for Snow Drag Races on Egg Lake <br />subject to the conditions in this memorandum. <br /> <br />Minor changes to this permit may be approved by City staff.
