WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410.3610 Subp. 5B, a public comment <br />period is required for review of the Draft AUAR and Mitigation Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Hugo authorizes the distribution of the <br />Draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review and Mitigation Plan for the proposed 165th Street <br />Corridor area to the Environmental Quality Board for public comment. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo on the 6th day of April <br />2026. <br />By: _______________________________ <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />______________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
