Review of the strategic plan is on the agenda for the next City Council meeting. A copy of the <br /> park selection criteria should be distributed to the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> 2. Put on schedule to do a follow-up with Wilson Tool for February. Clarified that Wilson Tool did <br /> not indicate if opposed or in favor of a trail. <br /> 3. Updated on Beaver Ponds,seed and water has been approved but will not start until spring. Need <br /> to work on land south of this. The Hauble landowner would like to see a list of options. Could <br /> we have the city attorney prepare. <br /> 4. HHM Property is still being looked at,we would like an update on the status. <br /> 5. Pete had a discussion with the Bernin property owners and a appraisal will be done. Further <br /> discussion will need to take place. <br /> 6. Discussion on who will Chair the Park Commission as Kathy Marier will complete her term <br /> December 31, 1999. Robyn LaCasse was asked to assume this position and accepted. City <br /> Council needs to approve. <br /> 7. Pete had a discussion with the LaCasse property owners NE of the old school house. They <br /> indicated they would probably move within 5 years but will only sell entire parcel(10 acres). We <br /> will need to negotiate. <br /> 8. Pete spoke to the St.Paul Press and a article should appear in the November 12th paper. <br /> 9. Hugo school would like to discuss purchasing new equipment. We would like to invite to a future <br /> meeting. Have them bring plans if possible. <br />
