The Park Commission recommendations are: <br /> i <br /> Parking Lot 1-Downtown Hugo <br /> • <br /> 1. The parking lot will terminate at the southern point.Landscaping will be planted south of <br /> the lot. No vehicular access will be allowed to CR8. <br /> i 2. The parking lot will be gravel the fust year of construction and will be paved in the second <br /> i year in Phase 2. <br /> i Parking Lot 2-Old School House Site,north of 110a Street. <br /> 1. 30 parking spaces will be constructed in Phase 1 <br /> 2. The parking lot will be gravel the first year of construction and will be paved in the second <br /> year in Phase 2. <br /> I 3. The 8 ft.shoulder on the north side of 1706 Street will be paved;this will provide a paved <br /> trail access ftom the parking lot to the Hardwood Creek Trail. <br /> 4.
