Sketch Plan Submittal January 12, 2026 <br />Frenchman Village Page 6 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />Frenchman Village, without question, will be a very challenging site to develop and bring to fruition. <br />There are many obstacles, both practical engineering issues and market driven constraints that will be <br />difficult to overcome. The former problem was always present. The latter is the result of ongoing <br />changes in the Commercial Retail market that must be approached carefully and remedied with good <br />planning. <br /> <br />The plan before us will work. It includes certain modifications to the original vision of the Downtown <br />plan. But the end result will, in fact, be a walkable, viable, and aesthetically pleasing mix of uses that <br />will ensure the long term success of the project; especially the commercial components of the <br />development presented in the plan. <br /> <br />The vision of a Downtown Hugo can become reality with this plan and we respectfully ask for your <br />consideration and approval. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
