Our "Everything's <br />Included" platform includes sought after features in our homes instead of offering them as optional addons. <br />How it fits the site and surrounding area <br />The property to the west is developed as a mobile home park and single-family homes, the property to the <br />north is single family homes in the Sweetgrass Meadows development, and the property to the east is <br />developed with townhomes. The property to the south is developed as townhomes in the Generation Acres <br />development. <br />How it meets or enhances the Intent of the PUD <br />Lennar homes include a variety of design elements. This town home plan includes the use of both vinyl siding <br />and shake siding with stone accents at each entry. The garages are recessed to the building entryways to <br />break up the front of the building.
