preparation, packaging, and pre-roll production to support both internal retail sales and lawful distribution <br />channels. <br />Retail Operations <br />The business will operate an on-site retail location pursuant to a retail operations endorsement, consistent <br />with City of Hugo Code Sec. 90-280(d)(1)(c). Retail operations will: <br />● Be limited in size and scope consistent with microbusiness intent <br />● Operate under the trade name Carma <br />● Offer cannabis products cultivated and processed on-site, as well as products lawfully sourced <br />from other state-licensed cannabis cultivators and manufacturers <br />● Operate within permitted hours and signage restrictions <br />● Count toward the City of Hugo’s retail registration cap, as required <br />Compliance & Implementation <br />All cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail activity will commence following issuance of the final <br />state license, city registration, and all required permits. Mi Sota Essence Cannabis will maintain full <br />compliance with City of Hugo Code Sec. 90-280, including security, waste management, odor control, <br />lighting, signage, and annual compliance inspection requirements. Interior floor plans and operational <br />documentation are maintained in a regulator-ready format. <br />Three-Year Objective <br />Following final licensure, Mi Sota Essence Cannabis will operate a stable, compliant, and economically <br />sustainable cannabis microbusiness with consistent indoor cultivation output, disciplined vertical <br />integration, a compliant on-site retail presence operating as Carma, and flexibility to expand processing, <br />wholesale distribution, or additional locations as permitted by law. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
