Security Plan Summary <br />Cannabis Retail, Cultivation, and Manufacturing Facility <br />13419 Fenway Blvd N, Suite 103, Hugo, Minnesota <br />Total Area: 2,904 square ft. <br /> <br />Purpose and Intent <br />The purpose of this security plan is to demonstrate that the proposed cannabis facility is designed and <br />operated in a manner that protects public health, safety, and welfare, minimizes impacts on surrounding <br />properties, and ensures full compliance with applicable state and local regulations. The security measures <br />described herein are intended to prevent unauthorized access, deter criminal activity, and provide effective <br />coordination with law enforcement and emergency services. <br />This plan is consistent with the City of Hugo’s zoning objectives related to operational safety, site <br />security, and compatibility with surrounding land uses. <br /> <br />Surveillance and Monitoring <br />● A continuous, professionally installed digital video surveillance system will operate 24 hours per <br />day. <br />● Surveillance coverage will include all public and non-public interior areas, points of sale, <br />cultivation and manufacturing areas, storage areas, loading areas, entrances, exits, and <br />immediately adjacent exterior areas. <br />● Recorded footage will be retained in accordance with state requirements and made available to <br />law enforcement upon lawful request. <br />● Cameras will be capable of clear identification under all lighting conditions. <br />Minnesota Statute Reference: <br />● Minn.
