OVERLAY DISTRICTS <br />Sec. 90-136. Introduction. <br />Overlay districts are areas within the city that have special regulations applied to them because of their <br />unique environmental or cultural characteristics. Overlay districts are superimposed over the underlying zoning <br />district and the regulations for each apply to the subject property. <br />(Prior Code, § 1155-010.1) <br />Sec. 90-137. Shoreland district. <br />The shoreland district of the city shall be all that land within 1,000 feet of the ordinary high-water levels of <br />the lakes, ponds, and flowages, and within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water level of the rivers and streams listed <br />in the shoreland classification data table of this section. All land lying within the shoreland district of the city shall <br />be subject to the regulations established herein. <br />(1) The following table shows the shoreland classification data for the city: <br /> <br />Shoreland Classification Data <br />Lake Name I.D.
