The following are interim uses allowed in the FCB district. Additionally, besides the general IUP <br />standards and criteria in Section 90-38, each request for an interim use permit shall be evaluated, based <br />upon the specific standards and criteria in Article VI, Division 1. <br /> (1) Home occupations (refer to section 90-230). <br />(f) Area requirements and construction limitations.
