Garage doors must be painted to match the color of the unit. <br /> iv. Garage doors must be prefinished to minimize maintenance. <br /> v. Updated architectural elevations based on the requirements listed above <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> f. Any revisions to the landscape plan shall be submitted for review and approval by <br /> staff. <br /> g. The irrigation plan shall be revised to include irrigation for the park. The revised <br /> irrigation plan shall be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> h. All mechanical equipment shall be screened with materials compatible with the <br /> building and project landscaping. The plans must submitted for review and <br /> approval by City staff. <br /> i. Private parking easements shall be dedicated over the areas of guest parking that <br /> extend over the property lines of Lot 4, Block 4 and Lot 1, Block 3. <br /> m. Trail easements shall be dedicated over the areas of bituminous trail that extend <br /> over the property lines of Lots 7, 8, 13, and 14, Block 6. <br /> n. A complete set of revised plans addressing the conditions of approval shall be <br /> submitted for city review and approval. <br /> 13. The developer is proposing to create an organized homeowner's association with the <br /> development with written covenants describing each member's responsibilities, <br /> singly,and jointly. The homeowner's association documents shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by City staff. <br /> b. The homeowner's association documents shall include language to ensure that the <br /> enclosed garage spaces are maintained for vehicle parking and that parking of <br /> snowmobiles, boats, RVs and other recreational vehicles in the driveway is <br />
