Resolution 2013-13 <br />Page 2 <br />10. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining stormwater facilities and vegetation <br />proposed as a part of the project. A maintenance agreement between the City and the <br />applicant shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded against the <br />property. <br />Prior to the commencement of any site development work beyond site grading: <br />11. Construction plans for the construction of Rosemary Way shall be approved. The <br />project shall be ordered and/or a contract shall be in place for the construction. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />12. The internal roof drainage system shall be integrated into the building design and <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. Areas that are proposed to be drained with <br />gutters and downspouts shall be reviewed and approved by the City staff. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />13. Rosemary Way shall be complete, subject to approval by the City. <br />14. Roof -top mechanical equipment shall be completely enclosed with building materials <br />compatible with the building, as required by Section 90-272 of the City Code. <br />15. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />16.
