(g) Requirements for long-term agricultural district (LA). Any property rezoned to be included <br />in the long-term agricultural district of the city must meet the requirements to be enrolled in the <br />metropolitan agricultural preserve program. <br />Section 90-41 Permits <br />(a) Applications for permits required by this chapter shall be made to the city on forms provided <br />by the city. In order to be considered complete the application must include: <br />(1) The applicant's name, address, and telephone number. <br />(2) The legal description and address of the property to which the permit shall apply. <br />(3) Proof of ownership of the property to which the permit shall apply. Only the <br />property owner may apply for a permit, and all owners of record must sign the <br />application and agree to the permit. <br />(4) Copies of any previous variances, site plan approvals, conditional use permits, or <br />other permits issued to the site if required by the building official to determine <br />compliance with ordinance and law. <br />(5) A statement as to the zoning classification o the property. <br />(6) A sewer and water service plan. <br />(7) Such detailed information as is required to ensure compliance with ordinance and <br />law for the issuance of the permit and the activities to be undertaken resulting from the <br />permit. This may include, but is not limited to, topographic survey of the property and a <br />wetlands delineation of the property. <br />(8) Application fees and escrow as established by the city council. <br />(b) Permit applications shall be reviewed for compliance with pertinent regulations, and if <br />found in compliance, a permit will be issued. No permit shall be issued where any potable water <br />system and/or sewage treatment system on the property is not in conformance with city and state <br />codes. The community development director or designee or building official may require a <br />certification from a qualified individual (licensed well driller, licensed septic system installer, or <br />licensed plumber) that the water supply system and sewage treatment system are conforming to <br />city and state codes. <br />(c) The city council may establish a fee to be charged for the processing of any permit request, <br />and may also establish a requirement for a security deposit or escrow to ensure work is <br />performed in compliance with the permit issued. <br />13 <br />
