i <br />(h) Unit density for tents or travel trailers shall not exceed ten units per acre, and must meet the <br />following standards: <br />(1) Each camping and trailer -marking space shall be clearly delineated and numbered. <br />(2) Each space shall maintain 20 feet between each camping trailer, motor home, and <br />tent. <br />(3) Each space shall have a minimum of 200 square feet of parking space, with at least <br />16 feet of driveway frontage. No space may have direct access to a public road. <br />(4) Each lot, or pair of lots, shall contain a watertight, rodent- and insect -resistant refuse <br />container. <br />(5) Each lot shall be no further than 400 feet from the nearest readily available drinking <br />water supply. <br />(i) All internal streets shall be paved with bituminous, concrete, pavers, or other approved <br />dustless and erosion -resistant material. <br />0) All utilities shall be buried, and there shall be no overhead wires or support poles, except <br />those essential for street or other lighting purpose. <br />(k) Centralized refuse containers and all maintenance facilities shall be fenced and screened. <br />(1) All land and facilities shall be adequately drained and properly maintained free of dust, <br />refuse, garbage, rubbish, and debris. <br />(m) Each campground shall have at least one building with central heating that is adequately <br />lighted during all hours of darkness. The building shall contain laundry washers, dryers, showers, <br />and public toilets. The building shall be serviced by municipal sanitary sewer or an approved <br />septic system. Each campground shall have a room or building for use of its caretaker distinctly <br />marked "office." <br />(n) An adult caretaker shall be on duty at all times there is a guest occupying a space in the <br />campground. The caretaker shall have immediate access to a public phone, and maintain a <br />register of all persons using the facility. This register shall record the name, address, motor <br />vehicle license number, and number of guests, as well as the date and time of their arrival and <br />departure. <br />(o) New commercial motor home parks or campgrounds and new residential type subdivisions <br />and condominium associations that will include motor homes and the expansion of any existing <br />similar use exceeding five (5) units or dwelling sites shall be subject to the following: <br />(1) Any new or replacement motor home will be allowed in the Floodway or Flood <br />Fringe Districts provided said recreational vehicle and its contents are placed on fill <br />27 <br />
