General industrial district (I-3). <br />(d) Conditional uses. Following are conditional uses allowed in the I-3 district and require a <br />conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 90-37. <br />Additionally, besides the specific standards and criteria, which may be cited below for respective <br />conditional uses, each request for a conditional use permit shall be evaluated, based upon the <br />standards and criteria in section 90-37. <br />(1) Accessory, enclosed retail, rental, or service activity other than that allowed as a <br />permitted use or conditional use (refer to section 90-205). <br />(2) Antennas (refer to article VI, division 2, of this chapter). <br />(3) Automobile recycling or junkyard (refer to section 90-206). <br />(4) Campus development (refer to section 90-212). <br />(5) Commercial and professional offices within the principal structure in excess of that <br />which is allowed in this district or as a freestanding principal use (refer to section 90- <br />252). <br />(6) Commercial, private and public satellite dish transmitting or receiving antennas in <br />excess of two meters in diameter (refer to article VI, division 2 of this chapter). <br />(7) Commercial recreation, indoor (not to exceed 5,000 square feet floor area); (refer to <br />section 90-217). <br />(8) Distribution center (refer to section 90-269). <br />(9) Exterior storage (refer to section 90-224). <br />(10) Motor freight terminal (refer to section 90-278). <br />(11) Motor vehicle, boat, and trailer sales (refer to section 90-249). <br />(12) Motor vehicle repair business (refer to section 90-250). <br />(13) Outside storage as a principal or accessory use when abutting a residential district <br />provided that: <br />a. Storage area is blacktop- or concrete -surfaced unless specifically approved by <br />the city council. <br />17 <br />
