Ordinadce 2010-453 <br />(12) Furniture and Carpet retail showrooms <br />(c) Accessory uses. The following are permitted accessory uses in the BP district: <br />(1) Accessory building (refer to section 90-204) <br />(2) Parking and loading areas (refer to section 90-253). <br />(3) Retail sales of products stored on site (refer to section 90-269). <br />(d) Conditional uses. Following are conditional uses allowed in a BP district and require a <br />conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 90-37. <br />Additionally, besides the specific standards and criteria, which may be cited below for respective <br />conditional uses, each request for a conditional use permit shall be evaluated, based upon the <br />standards and criteria in section 90-37. <br />(1) Antennas (refer to article VI, division 2, of this chapter). <br />(2) Campus development (refer to section 90-212). <br />(3) Commercial recreation, indoor. <br />(4) Day care facilities, accessory to a permitted use.(5) Drive through business (refer to <br />section 90-221.1) <br />(6) Exterior storage, excluding raw materials, provided the storage area is completely <br />screened from public rights-of-way and residentially zoned property by an intervening <br />building, berm, solid -wall wood fence, or landscape plantings. The screening shall be to a <br />minimum height of six feet or a height sufficient to screen the outside storage. <br />(7) Hotel or Motel <br />(8) Park and Ride lots and Transit Hubs <br />(9) Places of Worship (refer to section 90-254). <br />(10) Schools (refer to section 90-260) <br />(11) Self Service Storage Facilities <br />(12) Movie Theater <br />(13) Bowling Alley <br />(14) Places of Worship <br />(e) Area requirements and construction limitations. The following minimum requirements shall <br />be observed in a BP industrial district subject to additional requirements, exceptions and <br />modifications set forth in this chapter: <br />TABLE INSET: <br />Minimum lot or parcel size <br />15,000 sq. ft. <br />Minimum lot width at front setback line <br />100 ft. <br />Minimum lot width for corner lots <br />130 ft. <br />Minimum lot depth <br />150 ft. <br />Minimum lot depth -double frontage lot <br />150 ft. <br />Minimum front yard building setback <br />30 ft. <br />16 <br />
