' Ordinance 2010-453 <br />(8)All canopy lighting for motor fuel station pump islands shall be recessed or shielded to <br />provide a 90 -degree cutoff. Illumination levels for pump islands shall not exceed 30 footcandles. <br />(9)Litter control. The operation shall be responsible for litter control from the premises and litter <br />control is to occur on a daily basis. Trash receptacles must be provided at a convenient location <br />on site to facilitate litter control. <br />Sec. 90-250. - Motor vehicle repair business. <br />(a) It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle repair business in the city, except in <br />conformance with this chapter. <br />(b)A drainage system for the collection of hazardous materials must be installed in conformance <br />with the rules and regulations of the state pollution control agency. <br />(c) All of the lots not covered by buildings or impervious surface shall be landscaped in <br />accordance with section 90-181. <br />(d) The dispensing of motor fuels is not allowed, except when a motor vehicle repair business is <br />allowed as an accessory use to a convenience store or gas station.. <br />(e) Interior concrete curbs shall be constructed within the property separating driving and <br />parking surfaces from landscaped areas. Interior curbs must be at least six inches in height, <br />except at approved entrance and exit locations. <br />(0 No vehicles shall be parked on the premises except those utilized by employees, customers <br />awaiting service, or as allowed by the conditional use permit. Storage of unlicensed vehicles is <br />prohibited. <br />(g) Exterior storage shall be limited to items offered for sale on the site. All such items shall be <br />located with yard setback requirements, and shall be located in containers or on racks or similar <br />structures designed to display merchandise. <br />(h) No boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, trucks, or other motor vehicles may be <br />displayed for sale on the site, except as may be authorized by conditional use permit. <br />(i) All areas utilized for storage and disposal of trash, debris, discarded parts, and similar items <br />shall be fully screened with materials consistent to those used on the principal building. All <br />structures and grounds shall be maintained in an orderly, clean, and safe manner. <br />Sec. 90-253. Parking and loading. <br />(2) c.
