y <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE 2010-453 <br />NOTICE: THIS PUBLISHED MATERIAL IS ONLY A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF HUGO. THE FULL TEXT OF THE <br />ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE HUGO CITY HALL <br />DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. <br />TITLE: <br />AN ORDINANCE DELETING, ADDING AND AMENDING AN ARTICLE AND <br />SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 90, ZONING AND LAND USE <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby delete Section 90-97 Low Density <br />Residential (R-2), Section 90-207, Auto Service Station, Section 90-215/216 Rural Preservation <br />Program, Section 90-252, Office, Clinic and Professional Services, Section 90-258, Religious <br />Worship Facility, and Section 90-264 Shopping Centers. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby add Section 90-221.1 Drive- <br />through Business and Section 90-276 Farmhand Living Quarters, these are summarized below: <br />90- 276 Farmhand Living Quarters: This section outlines performance standards for <br />farm hand living quarters that shall be met. Some of these standards include that the <br />principal use on the property shall be a bona fide agricultural operation and can only be <br />rented out to employees of the agricultural operation. <br />Sec 90-221.1 Drive-through businesses: This section outlines performance standards for <br />drive-through businesses that shall be met. Some of these standards include required area <br />for stacking of cars and that a conditional use permit shall be applied for if adjacent to a <br />residentially zoned property. <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Article IV, Zoning District <br />Regulations, Section 90-1, Definitions, Section 90-219 Convenience Grocery Market, Section <br />90-250 Motor Vehicle Repair Business, Section 90-253, Parking, Section 90-254, Places of <br />Worship, Section 90-261, Seasonal Outdoor Retail Sales, these are summarized below: <br />Article IV ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br />Sec. 90-93. Long-term agricultural district (LA): This section outlines the permitted, <br />accessory and conditional uses that are allowed in the zoning district. The conditional <br />uses were revised to include schools and places of worship. The table inset was updated <br />to refer to a certain section for allowed square footage for garages. <br />Sec. 90-94. Agricultural district (AG): This section outlines the permitted, accessory <br />and conditional uses that are allowed in the zoning district. The accessory and conditional <br />uses were revised to add and delete certain uses. The table inset was updated to refer to a <br />certain section for allowed square footage for garages. <br />
