THE FULL TEXT OF THE ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR <br />PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE HUGO CITY HALL DURING REGULAR <br />BUSINESS HOURS. <br />TITLE: <br />AN ORDINANCE DELETING, ADDING AND AMENDING AN <br />ARTICLE AND SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 90, ZONING AND LAND <br />USE <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby delete <br />Section 90-97 Low Density Residential (R-2), Section 90-207, Auto Ser- <br />vice Station, Section 90-215/216 Rural Preservation Program, Section <br />90-252, Office, Clinic and Professional Services, Section 90-258, Reli- <br />gious Worship Facility, and Section 90-264 Shopping Centers. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby add Sec- <br />tion 90-221.1 Drive-through Business and Section 90-276 Farmhand <br />Living Quarters, these are summarized below: <br />90- 276 Farmhand Living Quarters: This section outlines <br />performance standards for farm hand living quarters that shall be <br />met. Some of these standards include that the principal use on the <br />property shall be a bona fide agricultural operation and can only be <br />rented out to employees of the agricultural operation. <br />Sec 90-221.1 Drive-through businesses: This section outlines <br />performance standards for drive-through businesses that shall be <br />met. Some of these standards include required area for stacking <br />of cars and that a conditional use permit shall be applied for if <br />adjacent to a residentially zoned property. <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend <br />Article IV, Zoning District Regulations, Section 90-1, Definitions, Sec- <br />tion 90-219 Convenience Grocery Market, Section 90-250 Motor Ve- <br />hicle Repair Business, Section 90-253, Parking, Section 90-254, Places <br />of Worship, Section 90-261, Seasonal Outdoor Retail Sales, these are <br />summarized below: <br />Article IV ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br />Sec. 90-93. Long-term agricultural district (LA): This section <br />outlines the permitted, accessory and conditional uses that are <br />allowed in the zoning district. The conditional uses were revised <br />to include schools and places of worship. The table inset was <br />updated to refer to a certain section for allowed square footage for <br />garages. <br />Sec. 90-94. Agricultural district (AG): This section outlines the <br />permitted, accessory and conditional uses that are allowed in the <br />zoning district. The accessory and conditional uses were revised to <br />add and delete certain uses. The table inset was updated to refer <br />to a certain section for allowed square footage for garages. <br />Sec. 90-95. Rural residential district (RR): The table inset was <br />updated to refer to a certain section for allowed square footage for <br />garages. <br />Sec. 90-96. Large lot single-family residential district (R-1): <br />The table inset was updated to refer to a certain section for allowed <br />square footage for garages. <br />Sec. 90-98. Single-family detached residential district (R-3): <br />The table inset was updated to refer to a certain section for allowed <br />square footage for garages and accessory buildings. <br />Sec. 90-99.
