Business Park (BP): The name of this section <br />changed from Office /Light Industrial district to Business Park <br />district. This section outlines the permitted, accessory and <br />conditional uses that are allowed in the zoning district. General industrial district (1-3): This section <br />outlines the permitted, accessory and conditional uses that are <br />alloyed in the zoning district. Restricted commercial district, outside of <br />urban service area (RC -1): This section outlines the permitted, <br />accessory and conditional uses that are allowed in the zoning <br />district. The permitted and conditional uses were revised to add <br />and delete certain uses. The table inset was also updated. <br />Sec. 90-110. Future central business district (FCB): This <br />section outlines the permitted, accessory and conditional uses that <br />are allowed in the zoning district. The conditional uses were revised <br />to add schools and places of worship. The table inset was updated <br />to refer to a certain section for allowed square footage for garages. <br />Section 90-1 DEFINITIONS: Several definitions were added <br />to this section for the new performance standards and to add <br />definitions for uses that did not have a definition. <br />Sec. 90-219 Convenience Stores and Gas Stations: the name <br />of this section changes from Convenience Grocery Market to <br />Convenience stores and Gas Stations. None of the standards were <br />revised. <br />Sec. 90-250. Motor vehicle repair business: (d) was revised to <br />refer to Convenience stores and Gas Stations. <br />Sec. 90-253. Parking and loading: (2) c. Parallel parking spaces <br />shall be at least 22 feet in length and 8 feet in width. <br />Sec. 90-254. Places of worship: This section outlines the <br />standards for which a place of worship can be approved. <br />Sec. 90-261. Seasonal outdoor retail sales: (c) was revised <br />to state that the use shall maintain good traffic circulation, and <br />continue to provide adequate parking for the primary use. <br />Please note this title and summary of this Ordinance clearly informs the <br />public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance and conforms to Minn. <br />Stat. § 412.191.
