(G) Recreational equipment may be parked or stored <br />temporarily while being loaded or unloaded or during routine <br />maintenance and servicing not exceeding 72 hours. <br />(H) Parking of licensed recreational equipment is <br />prohibited on all public streets except while being loaded or <br />unloaded for a period not to exceed 24 hours. <br />(I) The Community Development Director, or his or <br />her designee, may approve an alternate location for an item that <br />does not meet the technical restrictions set above, but otherwise <br />complies with the intent of this ordinance. Such approval may be <br />accompanied by a screening plan designed to minimize the <br />impact to the surrounding properties. <br />Section 2 Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction <br />adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any <br />other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
