A sewage management plan is required outlining ownership, maintenance and <br />contingency plans for any community system. Off-site improvements may be required <br />by the City in order to accommodate the development. Section 4 continues by establishing lot design guidelines. At least 50 percent of the lots should abut open <br />space, and view corridors should be preserved.
