The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Section 1195 iF MINNESOTA) 720.1 vVind-Powered Generators, of the Hugo Comprehensive Land Use Regulations f Ramsey) by adding the following: 1195-720.1 WIND -POWERED GENERATORS Subd. 4 (J) All wind -powered generators shall be constructed as monopoles.
