ORDINANCE NO. 2003-380 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AMENDING CERTAIN LIQUOR LICENSE FEES AS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 91 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF HUGO The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, does hereby ordain as follows: WHEREAS, THE City council is desirous of amending certain liquor license fees; NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, that Chapter 91 of the city Code of the City of Hugo is hereby amended as follows: Section 91-2. Delete the following references: "Intoxicating On -Sale $1,600" and "Club On — $125" and replace them with the following: "Intoxicating On -Sale $2,300" and "Club On — $200" Section 91-3. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included within that judgment. Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude any other fee, rates or charges required by this Code. Section 91-5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication according to law for Club On -Sale liquor licenses for the year 2004 and thereafter unless changed by ordinance of the City Council.
