<br />vvn�REAS, THE City council is desirous of amending certain liquor license fees;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
<br />Washington County, Minnesota; that Chapter 91 of the city Code of the City of Hugo is
<br />hereby amended as follows: )lisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on
<br />Section 91-2. Delete the following references:
<br />"Intoxicating On -Sale $1,600" and that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and an
<br />"Club On — $125"
<br />and replace them with the following:. :)f the newspaper known as The White Bear Press, and that I have full
<br />"Intoxicating On -Sale $2,300" and
<br />"Club On — $200° of the facts which are stated below:
<br />Section 91-3. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction
<br />adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any ewspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting
<br />other provision ofthis Ordinance not specifically included within that judgment.
<br />Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude any other fn as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute
<br />fee, rates or charges required by this Code.
<br />Section 91-5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon ,31A.07 and other applicable laws, and amended.
