<br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of establishing a
<br />County of Ramsey )
<br />uniform system of fees for requests relating to official controls,
<br />information, permits, applications or other matters handled by
<br />the City, and;
<br />WHEREAS, the City conducted a thorough study of its fees
<br />I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on
<br />in relation to the costs Code, including the official controls; and, with administoring the City
<br />oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and
<br />WHEREAS, the fees included in this ordinance are based
<br />on the Rate and Fee Study dated January 31, 2002, which is
<br />an employee of the newspaper known as White Bear Press, and that I have
<br />included as Exhibit A; and,
<br />NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the
<br />full knowledge of the facts which are stated below:

<br />City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, that Chapter 91 of
<br />the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby established provid-
<br />(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting
<br />ing as follows:
<br />Section 91-1. The City of Hugo is authorized to impose fees,
<br />qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute
<br />rates or charges and the same shall be enumerated in this sec-
<br />tion or elsewhere in this Code. In the event of any conflict
<br />33IA. 02, 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.
<br />between this section and any other provision of the Code, this
<br />section shall control.

<br />the day of 20 ; and printed below is a copy
<br />of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby
<br />acknowledged as being the size and kind of type used in the composition
<br />and publication of the notice:
