The fee shall be doubled for after -the fact permit applications. 2. The Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for grading permits. Section 91-3. Severability. In the event that a court of com- petent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this Ordinance no specifically included within that judgment. Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit or preclude any other fee, rates or charges required by this Code. Section 91-5. Effective Date.
