The fee shall be doubled for after -the fact permit applications. <br />2. The Uniform Building Code establishes a fee schedule for <br />grading permits. <br />Section 91-3. Severability. In the event that a court of com- <br />petent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be <br />invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this <br />Ordinance no specifically included within that judgment. <br />Section 91-4. Not Exclusive. This Ordinance shall not limit <br />or preclude any other fee, rates or charges required by this <br />Code. <br />Section 91-5. Effective Date.
