C. If any customer uses water in violation of the terms of the Resolution <br />adopted by the City Council, said customer shall be charged with sums as established by <br />Resolution for each day of violation, and the charge shall be added to the customer's next water <br />bill. Continued violations shall be cause for discontinuance of water service. <br />Section 350-2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges <br />any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this <br />Ordinance no specifically included within that judgment. <br />Section 350-3. Effective Date.
