Ordinance 1998 - <br />Page 2 <br />Subd. C. After January 1, 2001, where (1) the City has not, in any three-year period, received <br />an inspection report as required in subpart B above for any Individual Sewage Treatment <br />System; (2) after the City has deposited in the U.S. Mail, at least ten days apart, two written <br />notices to the property owner of record stating the requirement to perform the required <br />inspection; and (3) at least thirty days has elapsed since the mailing of the last notice, the City <br />may direct any suitably licensed person to perform the inspection and service required. The cost <br />of the inspection and service, plus a twenty-five percent administration fee, shall be assessed <br />against the property on which the septic system was located. Such assessment is to be paid <br />with the next year's property tax. <br />Subd. D. The City Council shall, by resolution, adopt a fee to be charged for the reporting forms <br />provided by the City.
