ORDINANCE 1998-321 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to wit: All that part of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, T3 IN, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, that lies West of the West Line of the Right of Way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company (formerly St. Paul and Duluth Railway Company); AND The NW 1/4 of Section 17, T3 IN, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the railroad right of way and the real estate described as follows: That parcel described in Warranty Deed dated and acknowledged March 20, recorded November 21, 1933, in Book 100 of deeds Page 273 conveying five (5) acres of land, excepting roadway two (2) rods wide along the Easterly line thereof and excepting such portions of said land as has been previously conveyed to the St. Paul and Duluth Railroad Company for right- of-way purposes, said land described as: The S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T3 IN. R2 IW, Washington County, Minnesota shall be changed from its existing zoning classification in the Agricultural District to a classification in the Single Family Unit (SFU). The official zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district classification for the above-described property as set forth in this ordinance. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption and publication.
