Resolution 2015-38 <br />Page 3 <br />Lots 1-6, B1k 3) <br />Side <br />7.5 feet <br />Rear <br />30 feet <br />8. A stormwater re -use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner's association. <br />9. The applicant has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re -use system. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br />of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br />10. The applicant must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD Plan <br />application: <br />Landscaping and Righting <br />a. The landscape plan shall be revised to include the number, size, and type of trees <br />and shrubs in each proposed location. <br />b. The landscape plan shall be revised to show boulevard trees along Oneka <br />Parkway to match the existing landscaping north on the parkway. <br />c. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />Signage <br />d. Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />e. The applicant shall enter into an easement agreement for access and maintenance <br />of the landscaping and signage with in Outlot B and D. <br />f The applicant shall obtain an access and maintenance easement for the <br />development pillar sign on Lot 1, Block 6. <br />Streets/Access <br />g. The plans shall be revised to show Oneka Parkway as an urban section road to <br />street standards, including the 8 foot bituminous trail on the east side and the 5 <br />foot sidewalk on the west side. The final plans must be submitted for review and <br />approval by staff. <br />
