Resolution 2015-41 <br />Clearwater Cove Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />extending northward to CSAH 8, to match the existing landscaping north on the <br />parkway. <br />j) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />Signage <br />k) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />1) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and common landscaping. <br />m) The applicant shall prepare landscape easements for review and approval by staff for <br />all development signage and common landscaping. <br />Streets/Access <br />n) The plans shall be revised to show Street 9 (Oneka Parkway), located north of the <br />northeast corner of Lot 1, Block/, and extending northward to CSAR 8, as an urban <br />section road to City street standards, including the 8 foot bituminous trail on the east <br />side and the 5 foot sidewalk on the west side. The final plans must be submitted for <br />review and approval by staff. <br />o) The street sections shall be revised to meet City specifications. <br />18. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />b) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />c) Prior to issuance of a building permit for any lot within the existing FEMA 100 -year <br />floodplain, a CLOMR shall be obtained from FEMA for that lot, removing it and/or <br />building site from the floodplain. <br />d) The stormwater re -use system design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The <br />stormwater re -use operation and maintenance agreement shall be approved by the <br />City. <br />e) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br />
