Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for May 18,2015 <br /> Page 5of5 <br /> HBA Business Showcase at Micra Manufacturing on Tuesday.May 19.2015 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear provided a reminder to Council that a meeting has been <br /> scheduled to attend the Hugo Area Business Association Open House on Tuesday, May 19,2015 <br /> from 2-7 p.m. Mirca Manufacturing is located at 15587 Forest Boulevard North. <br /> New Life Church 40th Anniversary and Dedication of Building Addition on Sunday.June <br /> 14.2015 <br /> City Administrator informed the Council they have been invited to attend the New Life Church's <br /> 40t Anniversary of the Church and the dedication of the new building addition on Sunday,June <br /> 14,2015. Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at 12:30 p.m. New Life <br /> Church will also be hosting an Open House in August to celebrate their new addition. New Life <br /> Church is located at 6000 148th Street North. <br /> Petryk made motion,Miron seconded,to schedule a meeting to attend the event at New Life <br /> Church's on Sunday,June 14, 2015. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Schedule Council Portrait Session for Monday.June 15,2015 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Staff had tentatively scheduled a Council portrait session for Monday,June 15, 2015 at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting. City Administrator Bryan Bear asked <br /> council if this date was acceptable to Council. Haas stated he will not be able to attend. Staff will <br /> present a different date at the next meeting. <br /> Discussion on Executive Session Regarding NRI <br /> Haas had added this to the agenda to discuss NRI in an executive session. Haas felt this was now <br /> unnecessary after the discussion earlier this evening. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 8:07 p.m. <br /> All Ayes.
