Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi Since June 17,2002,Jodie has worked as the City's Utility Billing Clerk in the Finance Department. Jodie also works as a member of the Hugo Fire Department as a firefighter/EMS responder. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith Tom Smith was hired by the City of Hugo on June 26,2000. Tom has worked the past 15 years on the Public Works Department team. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith. Approve Policy for Ensuring the Security of Not Public Data. MN Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 5 requires Cities to establish procedures ensuring appropriate access to not public data. Not public data should only be accessed by employees who need it for specific work assignments. MN Statues 13.025, Subd. 1 requires cities to prepare a Data Inventory that identifies all not public data on individuals that is maintained by the City. City Clerk Michele Lindau has prepared this inventory and included a list of the departments who have access. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Policy for Ensuring the Security of Non Public Data. Approve Application for Off-Site Gambling by Hugo American Legion for Good Neighbor, Days Binge The Hugo American Legion Post 620 has applied for a permit to conduct off-site gambling during the Hugo Hood Neighbor Days weekend. The Lions will be conducting bingo in Lions Park on June 6 and 7. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the application for the Hugo American Legion to conduct off-site gambling during Good Neighbor Days. Approve Resolution Approving CSAH 7/8 County Project within Municipal Corporate Limits and No Parking Resolutions The City,on behalf of Washington County,has completed plans related to the CSAH 7/8 intersection project. Washington County is requesting that the City approve the plans by resolution,as well as adopt resolutions prohibiting parking along CSAH 7 and 8. Staff has reviewed the proposed plans and associated resolutions and fmds them to be acceptable. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2015-26 APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, and RESOLUTION 2015-27 FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID PROJECT NO. 082-607-015 CSAH 7 FROM 100 FEET WEST OF CSAH 8 TO 500 FEET EAST OF CSAH 8,and RESOLUTION 2015-28 FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID PROJECT NO. 082-608-011 CSAH 8 FROM 122ND STREET NORTH(CSAH 7) TO 670 FEET NORTH OF 122ND STREET NORTH(CSAH 7).
