Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for June 15,2015 Page 5 of 5 homes and asked if the reduced lot sizes would be hard to sell. Mike Suel said he believed that all homes have stone on them,and they have had good success in other developments with the same lot sizes and designs. The Council indicated they liked the plan and look forward to seeing the preliminary plat. Yellow Ribbon Network Update Council Member Phil Klein reported to Council on recent activities of the City of Hugo's Yellow Ribbon Network. There was good attendance at Hamburger Night in May. DryTech was the sponsor. The next Burger Night is Wednesday,June 24,2015 and he encouraged everyone to attend. League of MN Cities Annual Conference on June 24-26.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council that a meeting has been scheduled to attend the League of Minnesota Cities 2015 Annual Conference.This conference will be held in Duluth on June 24-26,2015. Council Members Klein, Miron,and Mayor Weidt will be attending. Hugo Professional Building Open House on Thursday.June 25.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they have been invited to attend the Open House for Edward Jones, Hugo Dental Care, Hugo Optical,Flanagan Law Office,Gallatin Law, and Waxse Law to be held in their shared parking lot at the Hugo Professional Building, 5673 147th Street North. The Open House will be from 4:30—6:30 p.m. Community Night Out on Tuesday.August 4.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that the annual Community Night Out will be held on Tuesday,August 4,2015 from 5-8 p.m. at Lions Park. This is a marketing event done in conjunction with National Night out. The Hugo City Council has been invited to attend. Petryk made motion, Miron seconded,to schedule National Night Out as a Council meeting on August 4,2015. All Ayes. Motion carried.
