The City Administrator's notice of intent not to accept a long -terra <br />extension of his contract be accepted pursuant to Section 2C of the <br />City Administrator's Employment Agreement. <br />VOTING AYE: Jesinsk:i and McAllister <br />VOTING NAY: Brunotte, Miron, Stolt man <br />Motion Failed. <br />McAllister made motion, Brunotte seconded, that the Citi; of Hugo accept <br />the letter from City Administrator, Ken Huber, to the Cit;. Council stating <br />that he does not wish to extend his contract after December 31, 1991. The <br />City will on, or before, December 31, 1991 compensate Mr. Huber in the <br />form of cash, or time off, at Mr. Huber's option, for unused vacation time <br />accrued, and Mr. Huber's contract is to reflect this. change. <br />VOTING AYE: Brunotte, Jesinski, McAllister, Stolt man <br />VOTING NAY: Miran <br />Motion Carried. <br />Mayor Stolt man stated that a search committee should now be formed to <br />find a new City Administrator. <br />Miron made motion, Brunotte seconded, that the City form a City <br />Administrator search committee, to be appointed by majority vote of the <br />City Council. Advertisements are to be placed in the White Bear Press anc <br />Forest Lal: -.e Times soliciting interested citizens, with a deadline of <br />September gib, 1991 for submission of letters. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SITE P1 AN AMENDMENT (J. F ELL I SOP•! ) <br />Mr. Jim k::ellison of 4934 129th Street, Hugo, MN., has made application to <br />the City of Hugo for amended site plan approval to authorize use of an <br />existing cabin on his property for a guest house. The property in <br />question is zoned SFE, and consists of approximately five acres. The <br />t::uilding is being taxed as an accessory structure. In the fall of 1989, <br />.gyne City Council approved a minor subolv.i.sion for Mr. Fellisori, at which <br />time Mr. Kellison notified the City that the structure in question would <br />be removed from the site. In that he has remodeled the building, and <br />would like to retain it on site, Council approval would be appropriate. <br />In his letter to the Council, Mr. Kellison also states that he would like <br />to have the right, in the future, to come back: to the City Council and ask <br />their permission to convert the cabin to rental property when either <br />public_ sewer is available, or he upgrades the septic system to the current <br />standards for a full -use residence. <br />McAllister made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the application of <br />James k::ellison of 4934 129th Street for an amended site plan to authorize <br />the use of an existing cabin ori his property for a gue=_st house. Mr. <br />
