City Council meeting of September 3, 1991 <br />Page :' <br />payment of fee in lieu of park land dedication shall be waived, as the 10, <br />tract in question is not a buildable site. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Because Mr. Kostuch changed the size of his proposed garage, and would <br />1'9" shy of the required 10' setback, Mr. Kostuch requested that the City <br />Council waive the variance procedure so that he could start on <br />construction before the change in season. Because Mr. !Nadeau was 56' from <br />the property line, the Council felt that a variance of 1'9" would be no <br />problem. <br />McAllister made motion, Stolt man seconded, to grant a variance to Mr. <br />.john Kostuch from the required 10' side yard setback to allow for the <br />construction of a 16' addition to his existing garage. The required <br />variance procedure and $40.00 application fee to be waived. <br />All ave, Motion Carried. <br />BUDGET HEARING <br />McAllister made motion, Stolt man seconded, to set the Truth in Taxation <br />budget hearing for November 19, 1991, at 7:700 PM. if needed, the budget <br />hearing would be continued to December 10, X1991. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />HENR`d SC::HN I DE:R LETTER <br />Henry Schnider reviewed his letter of 3/3/91 with the City Council, along <br />with the City Administrator's response to H.G. Schnider's letter. H.C. <br />Schnider volunteered his opinion as to how a public employee should treat <br />customers. Mayor Stolt man and Councilman Miron thanked H.G. Schnider for <br />his constructive criticism. <br />Al 7 Ml. LAGER LETTER <br />Art Munger used this opportunity to voice his dissatisfaction with the way <br />in which the City has responded to his complaints. <br />Mi.ron made motion, McAllister- seconded, to refer Mr. Art Mungeros letter" <br />to the Ordinance Violations Committee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCE„L_i_ANEOL1S <br />Jim Kellison and Doreen Atkinson addressed the Council with positive <br />comments about City Administrator Huber and City staff. <br />The Hugo Lions Club is to be notified that City park: scheduling will be <br />discussed at the Council meeting of 9/16/91. <br />McAllister made motion, Brunotte seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 PM. <br />r* 1 aye.;.e <br />-ion <br />1C- ied. <br />y Ftnager,,i�Cr <br />
