(0 <br />City Council meeting of January 3, 1989 <br />Page 6 <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The *- Council will consider "PRIORITIES" for the City of Hugo at the Council <br />meeting of 1/17/89. <br />The city received a letter from the American Legion regarding the piling <br />of snow adjacent to their building and creating, a vision problem. The <br />city administrator will investigate and determine if the city is <br />responsible for the problem. <br />PERSONNEL._ PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />The city's contract with it's city administrator provides for periodic <br />performance evaluations. The last time the Council reviewed the <br />administrator's performance was in May, 1988, and a performance review is <br />now warranted in that the city has entered into a new contract with the <br />administrator on November 17, 1988. After a lengthy discussion regarding <br />employee's performance, Councilman McAllister offered the following <br />motion: <br />McAllister made motion, AtE.inson seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 89-1, <br />RESOLUTION REVIEWING EMP'LOYEE'S PERFORMANCE AND ESTABLISHING SALARY FOR <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR. <br />VOTING AYE: Vail, Olson, Jesinski, McAllister, Atkinson <br />Motion Carried. <br />Vail made motion, Olson seconded, to adjourn at 8:20 PM. <br />All aye.
