ie meetinq was called to order by Mayor Atkinson at 7:00 PM. PRESENT: McAllister, Jesinski, Olson, Vail, Atkinson City Administrator, Ken Huber City Attorney, Charles Johnson City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager Jesinski made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the City Council minutes for March 6, 1989 as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. Vail made motion, Olson seconded, to approve the General Claims for March 20, 1989, in the amount of $97,751.07. , All aye. Motion Carried. Atkinson made motion, Olson seconded, that the City of Hugo has no object- ion to the issuance of a Gambling License to the Forest Lake Lions for the operation of pulltabs at RJ's, and waives the 60 days waiting period. In lieu of publishing the detailed ordinance regulating individual sewer systems, Minnesota Statutes provides for publication of a summary ordinance if authorized by the City Council. City staff prepared a draft ordinance summary for publication with said draft being patterned after other summaries published by the city previously. City staff feels this ordinance summary adequately reflects the content of the detailed ordinance, and would recommend it's publication. Atkinson made motion, Vail seconded, that the City of Hugo publish a summary of the ordinance regulating individual sewer systems (1989-256) rather than publishing the ordinance in it's entirety. All aye. Motion Carried. Mr. Ken Wilson has made application to the City of Hugo for a site plan aniroval providing a comprehensive drainage, grading, and erosion control ; in to accommodate expansion of the Wilson Tool Company.
