Motion Carried. <br />Vail made motion, Jes.insF= i seconded, to approve the General. Claims for <br />July 5, 1989 in the amount of $10,154.=0. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Vail made motion, Olson seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for July <br />51 1989 in the amount of $3,707.56. <br />All ave. Motion Carried. <br />SHOF:E_L_AND MANAGE MEPJ7' tI .I)INANCE r=:MEND11EN i <br />Recently, it was brought to our attention that the DNR still has not <br />approved the City's adopted shoreland management ordinance. Even though <br />the ordinance text was prepared by the DNR, and the City is enforcing said <br />ordinance based on Minnesota Statutes, the DIN has pointed out some <br />discrepancies regarding the shoreland overlay district map. The shoreland <br />overlay district has been identified on the official wetlands map of the <br />City; however, the ordinance text references the official zoning map of <br />the City rather than the official shoreland overlay district map. The <br />City's map has been amended pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, and staff has <br />made a number of minor- changes in the ordinance deleting the <br />terminology "underlying shoreland overlay district". <br />McAllister made motion, jesinski seconded, directing city staff to prepare <br />an ordinance adopting the official shoreland overlay district map and <br />amending Chapter :20-43 r"..:nd 320-44 of municipal code as it deals with <br />shoreland management:.. <br />VOTING AYE: McAllister, Jesinsk:i , Olson, Vail, Atkinson <br />Motion Carried. <br />RE%i: 0I4G REQUEST (J . r;EIS <br />Ji.m and Sherron Kelliso:, have made application to the City of Hugo for the <br />rezoning of a 6.7 acre tract of land from conservancy to R::._''.
