July 6, 1987 <br />9.B Resignation from Board of Zoning Adjustment & Appeals <br />The city received a letter of resignation from Chuck Henry from the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustment & Appeals as a result of his recent appointment to the Hugo Planning <br />Commission. Mayor Atkinson will be meeting with Troy Sonnenfeldt regarding his <br />interest in filling the vacancy. <br />9.0 NSP Permit Request <br />Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve Project No. HURCNAT-AAP for NSP. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />9.D Potts vs. City of Hugo Court Appeal <br />Atkinson made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo retain the law firm <br />of Magnuson and Dieperink to represent Hugo in the court appeal of Potts vs. City <br />of Hugo. <br />VOTING AYE: Peltier, Olson, Vail, Atkinson <br />ABSTAINED: Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />11.0 Miscellaneous <br />Councilman Vail inquired about the status of cable TV for the City of Hugo. Administra- <br />tor Huber stated that he will review the file, and place this matter on the agenda <br />for the Council meeting of July 20th. <br />Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 8:50 PM. <br />All aye.
